Essential tool for any developer      
This tool is officially added to my developer toolset. I always have multiple chat windows open, multiple shells, IDE's, Music etc and this allows me to manage my windows without having to touch the mouse. I LOVE IT. I'm a big VIM user and I don't like using the mouse when I can so this feels right at home.

Best Window Manager for the Mac
This is better than size-up, shift-it, and every other window manager I've ever used. Plus it's like 1/2 the price.

To give some idea about why it's better: It's very simple, but very flexible. You can really arrange windows in a wide variety of ways. eg - the 2/3 view is perfect for the browser/word with im/email in the other 1/3.

Seriously, someone give this development shop a medal.

Simple and effective way to manage windows
I really like how I can full-screen an app with one hand and on either screen when using dual monitors. I also like doing 2/3rds of the screen for a browser and the other 1/3rd for a terminal. I miss it when its not running now.
